Owned and operated since 1989, we perform all levels of construction and renovations. We provide all construction services from start-to-finish for every project. We provide consultation and free estimates. Serving Ottawa and surrounding area.
Our Process
This is a general idea of how our process works…
First Process
On our first meeting with our client, we will discuss their idea and/or view their own plans. We will discuss any changes, budgets, or wish lists they have and implement them into the proposal.
Second Process
After several meeting we will have almost complete a final draft or pre-estimate of the project. We will discuss any other changes, types of finishing materials, types of window, color, brick/stone, flooring, etc. A couple more meetings will follow.
Third Process
At this stage we will have many things solidified and we will be ready to submit for building permits. Once we receive the permit, we can begin the build of your home.
